Ingredients:
2 oz chicken- shredded
3 oz mixed vegetables
4 oz rice- cooked
Method:
Simmer the chicken, keeping some of the liquid
Shred the chicken (to manageable size for your LO)
Cook the mixed vegetables together with the shredded chicken using the liquid
Add in the cooked rice
