Gotta document this.
Friday menu:-
Breakfast:
- banana
- cheese
- bread
- Milo
Lunch:
- nasi lemak
Dinner:
- olive (picked off from my Subway)
- orange
- lettuce
- coleslaw dressing (ran out of other dressing)
- boiled egg
- warm milk or soya at bedtime
I should just make salad for her dinner *LOL. She loved the salad in Tony Roma, Italiannies. I should start making substantial salad. And she loves simple stir fried taugeh/ cabbage/ carrot/ kucai (we omitted the pepper). We shared a plate at Teppanyaki ... previously she ate half of the rice and vege, one time she just ate the vege. This time.. she finished 90% of the salmon, and vege too.

Arianna's meals are so colourful! Nana still not as adventurous. She eats nasi lemak, but only the rice without sambal. Arianna boleh makan pedas dah ke?

Hehe she ate Life chilli sauce, guess it wasn't so pedas coz it's kinda sweet too.
For dinner, she ate brown rice, cicah sikit kuah rendang. Otherwise, she likes condiments like tartar sauce, 1000 island.

at least dia makan, bagus la tu lots of vege. my son masa both at her age .. tak mau makan..

Nadnye.. that's on my lucky day :) Sometimes tak balance la her diet, carbo, vege, fruits. Susah nak mkn protein- lucky she eats eggs.
