    buat ala-ala sizzling hotplate/claypot ;) I guna oyster sauce,kicap sket, dried shiitake mushroom for sauce. Yee mee tu i masak sket dengan fishball n carrot so that lembut. If kat kedai... Dorang terus letak kuah yg mendidih atas yee mee yang keras.

    Hehe tapi i tak masak dlm claypot... letak je dlm. Sbb of not that claypot retain heat.. kang kena plak tangan si comel tuh.
