Chicken Spaghetti


Ingredients:
4 oz spaghetti
3 oz mixed vegetables
2 oz chicken- cooked and shredded
1 tomato- diced
1/2 shallot
olive oil

Method:
Lightly fry shallot till translucent
Cook chicken with tomato and mixed vegetables
Mix in spaghetti

* not a big hit... LO doesn't like chicken that much
